I love working with local small businesses on their marketing and professional branding photos! Each business is a little different and I enjoy collaborating with them to create amazing photos for their website, marketing and social media that represent them and their businesses.  

Teaming up with 212 Degrees Fitness in Littleton, Colorado was no different. Getting to know the team of trainers and their clients was a lot of fun! 

A little about their business... 
At 212° Fitness in Littleton, we specialize in small group fitness classes, boot camps, kickboxing and personal training with results! We are a non-intimidating, fun, and motivating community that welcomes all fitness levels. We take the time to get to know each and every one of our members. We will greet you by name and we will listen to what YOUR goals are. You are not just a number. You will not be just another face in the gym. We promise to work side by side with you and support you through your health and fitness journey. We are a community. We are a team. We are a fitness family.

What makes your business unique?
My friendly, non-intimidating community! When you enter our gym you are instantly greeted by a friendly face. We honestly care about our members and their health and fitness goals. Myself and my trainers will reach out to our members if we have not seen them in a little while, as we truly want our members attending classes and working towards their goals. We are never pushy, but we do hold our clients accountable, and we expect them to hold us accountable, too. That's why we have coined ourselves Team212.

When I spoke with Delisa about what she wanted to use her photos for I knew the direction to take. We started with a live class demo so we could get some "action shots".  The participants are 212 members and they were more than happy to help with our vision! 

We did a nice mix of team photos as well as individual headshots. 

After the class was dismissed I wanted to get a few photos that had a more dramatic feel. I love getting creative with professional branding sessions and this was definitely something a little different than what I typically do.  

Delisa is the owner so we couldn't forget to get some awesomely dramatic photos of her too! Check out a few of my favorites below.

A little bit about Delisa....
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and Yoga Fit certified Yoga instructor with over 14 years of training experience. My health and fitness career began as a kickboxing/boxing instructor, which eventually turned into a passion for competing and coaching in these sports. I have competed in both Boxing and Muay Thai. I won Golden Gloves 2009 Masters division in my weight class. In 2012, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition, where I took 2nd place in my class. I loved the dedication and commitment it took to do a show, so I competed once again in 2013 and took 3rd place in the Northern Colorado Physique competition. It is amazing to watch your body transform with a little hard work, discipline, and a solid nutrition plan. These are the principles for a healthy lifestyle I implement into our programs at 212 Degrees Fitness. I have always had a trainer/cheerleader in my corner, and that is exactly what I want to be for my personal training clients! I have been married now for 21 years to a strong entrepreneur who has supported me all through my journey with 212 Degrees Fitness. I am originally from Nebraska and moved to Colorado in 2003. I am a former Lincoln NE Police Officer with a degree in Law Enforcement/Psychology.

What energizes or ignites you about your business?
I do what I do because I have been blessed with great health and a healthy body, so I want to help others appreciate their health and not take it for granted. I love helping others feel confident and empowered by what their body is capable of. There is nothing more rewarding than watching people reach their goals and become stronger, healthier, and more confident in the process — no matter what that goal may be! My trainers and members/clients make everything I do at 212 so worth while. I have the best people surrounding me. :)

What are some things you love to do, outside of your business?
I love to hike, read a really good mystery, box/kickbox, and spend time with my husband and two pups, Winston and Haus. I just got into cycling and I love it!
